The decision to buy a new home is a stressful and exciting one and the current market isn't making it any easier, but you were both extremely knowledgeable and supportive and gave us the tools to make informed choices. Our search lasted over a year, but you guided us through this challenging process with patience and encouragement.

Your desire for a successful outcome was genuine and your integrity to the process evident from our first meeting. We appreciate the time you took to answer all our questions and share your personal experiences and opinions. Ultimately, the decisions were ours, but your insights gave us the extra confidence we needed.

The two of you make an excellent team and we feel very fortunate to have had you working for us.

I just wanted to thank Bonnie and Paul for all of their efforts that they went through to make sure I found the perfect place for me. They took the time to listen to my concerns, wants and needs and made sure they showed me places that ticked off all of those boxes.

I have to say Bonnie and Paul each have the patience of a saint, by putting up with all of my emails and questions. When I had all but given up hope on the property I really wanted they came through with flying colours..and I got it!. There is not enough space to write how wonderful Bonnie and Paul are. My husband and I recently moved from a different Province and didn't know which area we wanted to look. Our span took us from Pickering to Toronto, but this did not deter Bonnie and Paul from working with us.
