Despite the tough market given the current economic landscape, Paul and Bonnie continued to work their tails off to sell our house in a timely fashion.
Being a first time seller, the experience was not as overwhelming as i might have thought at first going into it. Alot of that i attribute to both Paul and Bonnie's proffesionalism, and knowledge of the real estate industry.

Bonnie and Paul are true professionals who absolutely love what they do; and it shows.
After buying our dream house, all that was left to do was sell our house, and we had four months to it. After three months of viewings (with our initial agent) we did not receive one offer; on what we thought to be a lovely home. We had three weeks to sell and close both houses; the stress was becoming unbearable. And we could not even begin to calculate the high costs we would incur if we did not sell by the closing date of our new house.
My husband and I decided to switch agents. After some research we asked Bonnie and Paul for their help. It was obvious that they have a great reputation and were well respected in our area. They happily accepted, knowing the unique situation and pressures that we were under. They promised to do the best they could to sell our house in the three weeks that we had left. And they did! With the utmost energy, understanding and compassion. They never tired or lost hope; all the while offering support and comfort to us in that it will all work out. They truly saved us from losing thousands of dollars and perhaps even our dream home.
We are now very happy in our new house and expecting our first baby. We could not be happier and we owe a great deal of that to Bonnie and Paul. We hold them in very high regard and we are loyal clients of theirs from here on.

It has been 11 years since Bonnie helped me get into my first home. Not having a clue of how to go about it I couldn't have asked for a better person. After the passing of both parents in just over a year my Sister, Brothers and I were challenged with the task of selling our childhood home.
